Frequently asked questions

RAW CRE8TIVE is the design services of London based creative Roger White.

I work with private clients as well as consulting for other creative agencies, to produce high quality work across a variety of disciplines including identity and branding, printed literature, advertising, art direction, web design and photography.

I take a personal hands-on approach in every relationship with the brands, organisations and people I work with, making it my business to not only understand your brief but also to understand you and your customers.

If you’d like to find out more about my work or start a conversation about what I can do for your project or business please get in touch.

How does the precess work?

Step 1: Brief and quote | Supply a clear and precise brief, I supply you a quote and schedule for your project, if you’re happy to proceed I will issue you with an official job number for your project and a start date.

Step 2: Research, design and proof | This process involves research and development based on your brief, sketching on paper, then creating digital artwork on computer. When complete I send you PDF proof(s) for feedback, refinement or approval.

Step 3: Project completion | Once approved I will issue your invoice for full payment before any files are exchanged. Final digital or print ready artwork files will be supplied via private url link for download.

*Where print is required, full payment must be made before any print orders are processed.

What do you get?

Once the logo or artwork is complete and full payment made, I will supply a comprehensive package containing various formats and copyright ownership documentation for your logo or final print or web ready artwork.

Logo formats include: EPS, PDF, SVG and PNG

CMYK version for print.
RGB version for web and digital media.
Pure Black version suitable for black and white, or single colour documents.
Pure White version for use over dark images and backgrounds.

Timeline and deadlines

Typically the majority of my projects are successfully completed in 7-14 working days, but timelines vary due to specific client needs, challenges, requirements and project scope.

More importantly, what are your needs and requirements?

Contracts and NDA’s

My word is my bond and it should be yours too.

But should a client require those words on paper I’ll be happy to forward a digitally pre-signed contract using Hello Bonsai. This will require the client to accept and sign the contract themselves.

If it’s top secret stuff I’ll be working on, you not only have my discretion, but I am happy for a client to send me an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) for me to sign.

In order to secure any project in my schedule I typically require a 50% deposit, with the remainder due on completion, before I release any digital files or printed materials to the client.

However, I am flexible on the deposit amount, and open to negotiations.
